The following page includes the steps required help clear you cache and cookies for a handful of popular browsers.
Google Chrome

Click the Tools menu (three dotted lines in the upper-right corner). | |
Click History > History |
|
Click Click browsing data | |
Set the Time Range set to All Time. Check-mark Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files and select Clear Data. |

Close Chrome completely - quit the application - and then re-open to start a new session. |

Microsoft Edge
|
|
Click the Tools menu (three dotted lines in the upper-right corner). | |
Click Settings | |
Click Privacy, search and services | |
Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear | |
Change time range to All time. Click Clear now | |
Close Microsoft Edge completely - quit the application - for your changes to take effect. |

Safari

Open Safari, click on the History tab, and select Clear History... |
|
A pop-up will display asking how much history you would like to remove - select all history |
|
Click the Clear History button |
|
To verify the action worked, open the History tab. You should no longer see date ranges or website names at the bottom of this menu. |

Close Safari completely and then re-open to start a new session. |

Mozilla Firefox
|
|
Click on the Tools bar (three bars in the top-right corner) |
|
Click History > Clear recent history... |
|
In the Clear All History menu, select the time range to Everything and make sure all boxes are checked |
|
Click OK. |

Close Firefox completely - quit the application - and then re-open to start a new session. |
