Why is it important?

To manage all locations a "Customer Company Admin" has access to, the location search allows them to see the details, assigned users by location and the administrators per location.

What do I need to get started?

To use this feature, you will need to have the "Customer Company Admin" permission.

How does the feature work?

The customer location search will allow you to search by location name or city/state. You can also view a location profile that also includes more details about that location.

How do I search for customer locations?

  1. Search for location by name or city/state or province.


  2. Click view to see the details of a location.

How do I see the users assigned to a location?

  1. Search for location by name or city/state or province


  2. Click view to see the location profile.


  3. Go to Assigned users


  4. To see inactive users, ensure that "Show inactive users" is checked.

  5. You can search for a user. You can also view a user's profile.

How do I invite a user to a specific location?

  1. Search for location by name or city/state or province


  2. Click view to see the location profile.


  3. Go to Assigned users


  4. Click Invite User


  5. Enter email of user to invite. Location is pre-populated. Article is available to learn more about invite.

How do I view admins for a location?

  1. Search for location by name or city/state or province

  2. Click view to see the location profile.

  3. Admins listed are all users that can support that location. This includes admins outside the actual location, but they are able to view that location information/users.
